Who is Ilinke Naude?

Ilinke Naude, Born and raised in South Africa, Ilinke learnt firsthand the value of speaking for those who do not have a voice. This steered her to study law in New Zealand, where she gained a wealth of legal experience in criminal and family law.  Ilinke and her little family call the Sunshine Coast home, enjoying the incredible sunsets and beach landscapes on offer. Ilinke joined the Family Law team at Shanahan Family Law in 2021 and has only practiced in that area since then.  She applies a pragmatic and empathetic approach to helping clients regarding all aspects of family law.  Ilinke goes above and beyond to meet the needs of her clients, ensuring that their voices are heard during the process. She values wrap-around support for all her clients to ensure they are supported at each step.  She is admitted as a Solicitor in the Supreme Court of Queensland and is registered on the High Court of Australia Register of Practitioners as well as in New Zealand.  She is also a member of the Queensland Law Society. Outside of work, you can find her running after her toddler and her dog, Nugget, and enjoying breakfast with her husband. She also enjoys baking a cake or two if there is time.
