Who is May-Ann Ongue?

Client Support Officer
Network Operations Associate and Customer Service Representative

Hey there! I’m May-Ann Ongue, a 28-year-old furmom to two adorable furballs. I have a background
in both technical and customer service roles. In my previous work experience, I held the positions of
Network Operations Associate and Customer Service Representative. As a Network Operations
Associate, I was responsible for driving outage tickets to resolution by liaising with different groups
and providing timely updates. In my role as a Customer Service Representative, I provided support to
customers, addressing their inquiries and resolving issues. My dedication and hard work have been
recognized, and I was honored to be an A-list awardee and top performer.
I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Psychology at the University of San Carlos and followed my
passion for cooking by studying International Culinary Arts at the Academy for International Culinary
Arts.
When I’m not working, you’ll find me fangirling over Seventeen (the K-pop boy group, not the
magazine!), traveling to new places, indulging in some serious retail therapy, and embracing my love
for all things pink. On the flip side, I can’t stand waiting in long lines, poor table manners, and ginger.
My favorite movies are “50 First Dates,” “Ratatouille,” and “Marley & Me.” And when it comes to
dining out, I love Din Tai Fung, Yushoken, and Acacia Steakhouse.
I am fluent in Bisaya (or Visayan), Tagalog, and English. My best piece of advice? Embrace life as a
beautiful adventure. Enjoy the ups and downs, and find joy in the journey. After all, this is your first
life – make it a memorable one, so you can look back with no regrets when you reach the finish line.
